Exceptional response and service for a first time customer. We had contacted Mullet's two years ago after we were told they repaired Thermador appliances. Spoke to Danielle who confirmed they did. They may be the only reputable company servicing Thermador in the Sarasota area, because Ferguson, who installed all these appliances, certainly do not. We woke up to a refrigerator that had been leaking water during the night. We called Danielle at 8:05am. She had no service technician immediately available but got back to us in 30 minutes with a 10:30am-12:30pm window for Matt to arrive. He arrived at 10:50am and efficiently corrected the problem. He was able to also troubleshoot a couple other issues we were having with the appliance. Matt was very customer focused and technically knowledgeable. We gave Mullet's a score of 5, but their performance exceeded that. This is probably the best first time experience we have ever had with a service company responding to a situation where the time element of their response prevented significant damage to our pre-engineered wooden floors. Thank you Danielle and Matt and thank you Mullet's. You have all our future appliances purchase and repair business.

Exceptional service-WOW! We called about our fridge not working and they were able to schedule service on the same day! Nathan the technician was outstanding! He was very friendly and professional. He fixed the issue, gave helpful advice and tips, and took notes about our appliance for future reference. Definitely will use again and will recommend to our family and friends.

Our Bosch dishwasher quit working and we called around about repairs, most places don't even want to work on Bosch dishwashers. We found Mullets has a Bosch guy, Jared was fantastic. he knew the problem right away and ordered the part, came back and installed it in 15 minutes. Very professional and knows his stuff!!!! Thank you

Mullets carries top of the line appliances. We’ve worked with Nate twice and love our Sub Zero refrigerator/freezer, and new microwave. Everyone we’ve worked with at Mullets, including delivery and installation employees, has been exceptional!

When we bought our condo the appliances were from Mullets. I needed to have service done a few times on our side by side fridge and was so impressed with Alex’s knowledge that when it came time recently to replace our fridge I knew the right place to go. To me the appliance and the service have equal importance. I highly recommend Mullets.

From shopping to pricing to installation dealing with Mullets was a pleasure. Our sales rep, Gail, is very knowledgeable, polite, helpful and friendly. The pre-installation visit, installation of our new subzero and removal of our old refrigerator went smoothly. Believe me I searched but I could not even meet their price anywhere.

I inherited a few Mullet's appliances when I bought my new home. Matt was sent to assess the oven and install a part and he was absolutely outstanding. He also helped me look at our fridge that was not dispensing water and he knew right away what the problem was. Matt is beyond knowledgeable about appliances and his house-side manner is impeccable. Dealing with me and my giant guard dog can be a challenge and he handled everything smoothly. Mullet's is lucky to have Matt :) Recommend him for your repairs, you will NOT be disappointed.
